My name is Roger Lazzarino and I am the Vice President of the 2026 Marwood Board of Directors (BOD). There is a total of 5 BOD. I want to anonymously know how all of our Homeowners feel about the following issues so I can personally and accurately represent the wants and needs of our community in discussions with the other 4 Marwood Board Members. This survey has not been officially approved by the BOD and most likely wouldn’t be approved by the majority of the BOD. However, your voices need to be heard because you’ve spent a lot of money to live in the Marwood community. Your thoughts should be the overriding factor in all ARC Requests, Amendment Requests and policy decision making.

1. From submission date, how long do you feel that the ARC Request process should take to come back with a decision on your ARC request?
2. Do you think that it would be a good idea to streamline the ARC Request process by eliminating the additional layer of 5 ARC Committee members, in addition to the 5 BOD Members and the Property Management Group?
3. Do you think it would be a good idea for the Marwood community to have their own legal representative instead of using Pulte’s attorney to negotiate the subdivision settlement between Pulte Homes and the Marwood HOA?
